Cat Cubie’s pick of the best Edinburgh Fringe kids shows for 2017

Glasgow Live August 8th, 2017

"If you’re missing a comedy hit, some of the biggest comedians at the Fringe give up their time to squeeze in an extra show aimed at kids aged six-plus. In the past, folk performing strictly pre-watershed material have included Nish Kumar, Josh Widdicombe and Phil Jupitus dressed up as a panda."

There’s a wee bit of a theme with this year’s kids shows, a lot are like panto or The Simpsons, child-friendly but with humour that goes over their wee heads, straight to their parents loling faces.

Or perhaps folk just recognise that parents want to cut it at the Fringe too!

Like The Best of The Fest you never quite know who will be doing the shows, so keep an eye on their website for the headliners.
